


It outlines the values and aspirations which unite the Commonwealth. 10 th anniversaryĢ023 marks the 10th anniversary of the signing of the Commonwealth Charter, which was signed by Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on 11 March 2013. That is why Epping Forest District Council is proud to be flying the Commonwealth Flag on Monday 13 March to reflect the deep-rooted networks of friendship and goodwill that connect all the Commonwealth Countries around the globe. This day gives us the opportunity to celebrate the friendship, spirit of unity and achievements of the Commonwealth family. On Monday 13 March over 50 countries around the world will come together to celebrate Commonwealth Day.
